Tuesday, July 12th: Almost didn't name this blog

Just kinda blah and out of it.

 I'm super exhausted today and as it is only Tuesday, that's a bad thing.  This morning we got more of the Kyoto trip details from Keiko Kohara so that was exciting!  We leave Sunday early morning, arrive noonish in Kyoto and meet with an English speaking tour group.  Then we come back to the school Monday late evening.  Plus!  We found out that instead of going to a Kabuki Theater (it's closed for earthquake repairs, sad day!), we are going to see some special drum presentation in Tokyo.  Plus!  Minako said we could have that day of work off so we could do more Tokyo sightseeing while we are there :)

That was good news!  It's essential to have something to look forward to on the weekends or else it's impossible to survive the week.

That's it for today, I guess.  The homesickness is really bad today.  I've been praying that God will show me some sign for why I am here or that He would teach me something other than the fact I need my loved ones.   I've also been praying for joy and energy because there were times today I just wanted to quit.  And that's not how I want it to be.  Please join me in those prayers!  (also prayers for a stronger stomach, lunch is pretty hard to eat)  Thanks!  Goodnight from Tuesday :)
