Tuesday, June 28: if you are offered a Japanese hamburger, say no!

Today is going to be more of a photo blog because I am VERY tired this evening!  It was a long day and Wednesday and Thursday are going to be even LONGER!  But on the plus side, today was a much more encouraging and positive day, even though it was SUPER hot.
Today was some kind of water festival...
some wore suits and some wore underwear.
Both options of attire were followed by too much
nudity before clothes were put back on.
Surprise!
Maybe after Tuesday evening (MI time) I will add more descriptions about my day...but for now I am too tired :)  Sumimasen! (please excuse me)

A cutie I sat next to during afterschool "Kids Club"

Snack time was set up like a super market where the kids
got to "shop" for their snack

Madelyn (aka Lynn-Sensei so as not to
confuse her with Majelyn-Sensei) and
another Kids Club cutie

Yugo-chan :) My new friend who speaks ENGLISH!

SO many kids!

One of these things is not like the other :)

Another precious little guy :)

The kids LOVED being silly in pictures!

School shoes...when they get here they change into these shoes
which are they same for both feet

Urinals...strange

Dinner.  Not the best choice.
Naomi-chan (chan is used to signify child, young person) brought us frozen "hamburgers" from her grandmother, Mrs. Nishimura.  We thought it'd be a great choice for dinner.  False!  It was full of onion bits which we are both still burping up.  It was the consistency of meatloaf.  Let's just say we both decided never again!

Shower faucet.

Shower!
